Biography

Arthur was the son of the Rev. William E. and Sara Maurice Humphreys. Arthur was promoted to the rank of Sub Lieutenant on 27th October 1914. He served at Gallipoli from September 1915 until the evacuation. He was killed in action on the 5th February 1917, aged 24.
